Sales Assistant CSO (f/m/d)
You will work closely with our Chief Sales Officer (CSO), helping them focus on strategic deals and key negotiations. You will take ownership of the entire pre-sales process, from initial outreach to creating tailored proposals. You will identify and engage new clients, understand their business needs, and develop customized fulfillment solutions. You will also prepare sales meetings through market and customer research while building long-term, trusted business relationships.
Managing Director-Real Estate(f/m/d)
You will be responsible for marketing and leasing office, warehouse, residential, and parking spaces while actively acquiring new tenants. You will serve as the main point of contact for existing tenants, managing renewals, expansions, and day-to-day requests. You will negotiate new lease agreements and optimize existing contracts in line with market conditions. In addition, you will oversee property operations, including maintenance, facility management, and service charge administration. You will be responsible for occupancy rates, rental income, and the company’s ongoing cash flow, while preparing quarterly and annual reports for shareholders and financing partners.
