MH direkt is one of the largest e-commerce companies in western Austria. As a full-service agency, we not only support our clients throughout the entire fulfillment process. Head of Account Management (f/m/d)

You will lead, coordinate, and develop a team of 3–4 Account Managers who act as the main point of contact for our business customers. Together with your team, you will manage and optimize all customer-related processes and workflows in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. You will take ownership of customer satisfaction and ensure that our clients receive excellent service and support.

Account Manager (f/m/d)

You are the central point of contact for our customers in the e-commerce and fulfillment sector.You coordinate all customer-related processes and workflows in close collaboration with colleagues from fulfillment, IT, and project management.You enjoy developing and refining tailored customer solutions to ensure they are executed to perfection.

Sales Assistant CSO (f/m/d)

You will work closely with our Chief Sales Officer (CSO), helping them focus on strategic deals and key negotiations. You will take ownership of the entire pre-sales process, from initial outreach to creating tailored proposals. You will identify and engage new clients, understand their business needs, and develop customized fulfillment solutions. You will also prepare sales meetings through market and customer research while building long-term, trusted business relationships.

Managing Director-Real Estate(f/m/d)

You will be responsible for marketing and leasing office, warehouse, residential, and parking spaces while actively acquiring new tenants. You will serve as the main point of contact for existing tenants, managing renewals, expansions, and day-to-day requests. You will negotiate new lease agreements and optimize existing contracts in line with market conditions. In addition, you will oversee property operations, including maintenance, facility management, and service charge administration. You will be responsible for occupancy rates, rental income, and the company’s ongoing cash flow, while preparing quarterly and annual reports for shareholders and financing partners.

2. First meeting

In a personal interview, we’ll get to know each other better and discuss things that aren’t covered in your resume. Depending on the position, we’ve also prepared a few tasks for you.

3. Your trial day with the team

If we arrange a trial day, you’ll be a big step closer to your new job. You’ll learn more about our company and our daily work routine. Of course, you’ll also get to know your future colleagues.

4. Final decision

After the trial day, we’ll decide together whether we’d like to work together. Regardless of the decision, we’ll give each other open and honest feedback. And in the best-case scenario, we’ll warmly welcome you to the team.
