MH direkt is one of the largest e-commerce companies in western Austria. As a full-service agency, we not only support our clients throughout the entire fulfillment process. We are also the first point of contact when it comes to developing a new online shop or supporting clients with online marketing or customer service. Because that’s what we’re really good at!

Customer service representative (f/m/d)

You are the central contact for our customers and coordinate internally with the departments to find the best solution for the customers.

You enjoy your work and are a talented organizer.

Flexible position – little or a lot of work experience, both are suitable for the position and we will classify and position you accordingly.

IT Administrator (f/m/d)

Setting up devices and networks for employees, creating data backup and archiving systems, as well as maintaining and further developing networks and servers. Supporting users in using IT resources and troubleshooting customer service issues. Development, testing, and installation of applications and documentation. Serving as a contact for technical questions, setting up new telephone systems and security systems. Printing orders for shipping, technical support for developers, and warehouse in Birmingham (UK).

Your comprehensive CV and a letter of motivation, as well as your certificates and possibly letters of recommendation, are helpful.

2. First meeting

In a personal interview, we’ll get to know each other better and discuss things that aren’t covered in your resume. Depending on the position, we’ve also prepared a few tasks for you.

3. Your trial day with the team

If we arrange a trial day, you’ll be a big step closer to your new job. You’ll learn more about our company and our daily work routine. Of course, you’ll also get to know your future colleagues.

4. Final decision

After the trial day, we’ll decide together whether we’d like to work together. Regardless of the decision, we’ll give each other open and honest feedback. And in the best-case scenario, we’ll warmly welcome you to the team.
